Keeping parents informed in their child's progress, attainment and attitude to school is key for positive partnership working. We have adopted a process building on the structured conversation from Achievement for All (Lead School).

We hold 3 parent consultation events each academic year. The December and March meetings are where the teacher, child and parents participate in a structured conversation around current progress across the curriulum, behaviour and attendance. Parents will be given a copy of the pupil passport (example shown in video) to keep so they are able to follow their child's learning journey through the school. A copy is kept on pupil file.

The summer consultation is with your child's new teacher for the following academic year. This consultation follows the transition days and the passport is all about looking forward to the following year and getting to know each other.
