School Readiness

As an EYFS setting, we focus upon ‘School Readiness’ and supporting our children to be ready for whatever their next challenge or phase of learning may look like. Throughout the EYFS, how we plan and work alongside our children builds their independence and resilience to challenge.

As a School-based Nursery (Caterpillars) we expect our children to attend their 15 or 30-hour funded sessions on a daily basis from Monday-Friday during term time. Coming to Nursery each morning supports our children to become familiar with the pattern of a week and supports them to prepare for school the following September.
