Pupil Achievements

There are four statutory assessment points in a child’s journey through primary school:

End of Reception Good Level of Development (GLD)
End of Year 1 Phonic Screening
End of Key Stage 1 (Year 2) Teacher Assessment and testing (internally marked for Reading, Maths & Science) and teacher assessment for writing, Yr 4 multiplication tables check (MTC).
End of Key Stage 2 (Year 6) testing (externally marked for Reading, SPaG and Maths; Science and writing are teacher assessed, unless selected as a 40% sample group) and teacher assessment.
